The 6x25 wire rope possesses the best combination of flexibility andwear resistance in the 6x19 Class due to the filler wires, providing support andimparting stability to the strand. The fiber corecenter is made of either natural fibers or polypropylene and offers superiorflexibility.
6X19 Class (often referred to as 6X25) rope has six strandswith 16 to 26 wires per strand. Wire ropes with a greater number of individualwires (6X37) provide more flexibility and fatigue resistance while ropes withfewer wires (6X19) provide greater abrasion resistance, less flexibility, andmore "stiffness". Independent wire rope core (IWRC) ropes have superior crush resistance and strength over fiber core wireropes, but offer less flexibility.
IPS- Improved Plow Strength.
RRL-Right Regular Lay.
Bright Wire- There is not a coating on this wire rope.
Independent Lab Tested and Quality Assured.
Inspectregularly for visible damage, distortion, elongation, corrosion, cracks, nicksor abrasion, which may cause failure or reduce the strength of the Wire Rope.
Wire Ropeand Steel Cable must be stored, used, lubricated and maintained in accordancewith the normal safety standards.
Verifythat replacement Wire Ropes are correct for your application and meet yourspecifications.
Avoidshock loads. Do not load Wire Rope to the breaking strength limits. End usermust determine an appropriate safety factor for the application.
